Is it Love - Nadia Ali

Nadia Ali (born August 3, 1980) is a Pakistani-American singer-songwriter who was born in Libya and brought up in Queens, New York. She achieved interest as the frontage woman and songwriter of the band "iiO", after their 2001 hit "Rapture" attained No. 2 position on the UK Singles Chart. The song also charted from corner to corner of numerous countries in Europe. Their 2006 single, "Is It Love?” attained the top of the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Chart.

After boarding on an unaccompanied career in 2005, Nadia Ali became triumphant as a habitually demanded vocalist in electronic dance music. She released her debut album “Embers” in 2009. Critics eulogized her exclusive song writing, which pooled electronica with ballads, Eastern and acoustic music. Three singles from the album made the top-ten of the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Chart, together with the No. 1 hit, "Love Story". The song was moreover nominated at the 25th International Dance Music Awards at the Winter Music Conference, at the same time as "Fantasy" was listed for a Grammy award.
